Print Rebate Forms
If you did not pick up a rebate form at the store, simply enter the four digit rebate number located on your rebate receipt, which is attached to the bottom of your purchase receipt.
Rebate form documents are in a PDF file format, therefore to read and print these files you will need Adobe™ Reader™ 6.0 or higher.

Track Your Rebates
Menards® Rebate Center works diligently to send out your rebate check as quickly as possible however, we ask that you allow six to eight weeks for processing. Once you have mailed in your rebate forms you can track the status of your rebate check by using our partner, Rebate International’s tracking feature
